I had that symptom for 2 weeks, but it went away (it gave its place to other charming symptoms<3). I tried to distract myself with something absorbing like a really catchy movie or reading, and saw that the symptom disappeared while I was distracted. That was the clue for me that I am still not going crazy and/or dying. Don't expect it to happen, don't try to find out if you are feeling that way all the time. Just know for sure that nothing bad is going to happen and ignore the symptom.
