I dont know if I feel very restless or panick 24/7 like im stuck in my head, and everything around me is not reality/dream. Also its like im not breading and my body feels a lot of tension al the time. This is when I do nothing but when people expect something from me like work or just conversation this get worse and difenently panick then.
Sometimes if you focus on some other aspect of your mental health it can not only improve things in that area but take your mind of anxiety, which can't be reasoned with.
We have automatic thoughts running all the time which come from conditioning, but we can bring in new ones. You could try making a habit of making all your self-talk supportive to you in another way, even if you don't believe it at first. So whatever you're anxious about, back yourself as a person in a general way and keep doing it. Your mind won't then be focused on anxiety, but bringing you back your confidence. This is one way, it takes time and repetition but it's worth it.
