I feel like shit and all I want is my life back! I want to be able to do things without these constant thoughts i hate this!! this is a friggen nightmare
I know this seems impossible, but the less you think about it the more it goes away. Just sort of ride the feeling. When someone is happy, they dont think, 'WOW IM HAPPY', they just are. So when you feel weird, dont just focus on you feeling weird.
Just a small tip, it may not work but its worth trying. It worked for me.
