Every day, especially when it gets dark & the artificial lights get turned on I feel like I haven't slept in 10 days.
Like I have been awake for 10 days drinking tons of caffeine & alcohol but haven't been able to crash yet, so utterly exhausted yet very wired at the same time.
Also when I go to bed I wake up feeling like I haven't actually slept. Like I'm missing sleep stages. I am wondering whether I have sleep issues or DP or vice versa.
It's so confusing. MY DP has been 24/7 for almost 6 months now, and it was progressive. Like it wasn't just there and stayed the same but got worse month by month but it's slowly settling down I guess. I just found out last month that I got this conditioned. Before I was just thinking that my sleep patterns broke & that's why I feel so extremely weirded out.
