this is terrible,ive just worked out my outgoings which are the very basics

rent
subscription to cable
small loan

and im left with a grand total of

17? per week spending money

how do you all manage,is there any other benefits you can claim ? im fucking depressed i can tell you

If you are on sickness benefit you might also qualify for Disability LIving Allowance, (which can range from ?25 - ?100 p.w. at a guess) which if you are granted it at the higher rate and you happen to be a SINGLE (!) person living on your own then this also confers on you the ability to claim an income support premium (?50 p.w.) You should be able to get DLA, since your condition is acute and your are in the system with psychologist etc, if you can get that then you are entitled to claim for premium. Sarah
