I've folders of them, but yeah that's like a million dollar question. I am more Pop - Rock - Country, so I tend to record in the drums and use Trigger to get new sounds, I also play drums, so i either get an electric kit out or sample / trigger my kit, takes me 3 minutes instead of all day lol

EDIT: you talking about hits like a 901 say snare sample or are you looking loops?
