Yeh ditto mate, evenings are when I start to wake up. Interesting to think brains are different. I know I massively underachieved at school as a result of being a night owl. Just could not for the life of me engage until midday. Getting up in time was a nightmare. It honestly felt like years of torture. I would always start the day in a disorganised rush getting shit together.... when my sleep is better, my DP is better

So true, i developed a 6-12 cup of coffee a day habit during school the lasted me well into adult life. I also only started doing better at university because i could sort of take a backseat in the day and do my work later. I always knew i had a different rhythm tho. Right now i have the luxury of waking up after 12 amd its allowing me to recover

I am trying to improve my sleep hygiene atm. Making my laptop switch to red light automatically at sunset and keeping socks on in bed as this is meant to help. Also earplugs as I am a very light sleeper which cant be helping. Anybody else find something useful for sleep?

Did he? I duno whatever happened to him. Wouldnt be surprised if we are lacking restorative deep sleep. DP to me feels like a state of half asleep so hopefully I can start tackling this problem soon, having an early night tonight lol

That sounds rather in depth but I am also going down that path. Socks and gloves (lol), window open for cold, ear plugs, guna get an eye cover thing... sleep has SUCKED recently and that certainly doesnt help my DP. Off to bed soon actually. I have just switched my laptop/phone to the red light settings so am hoping that has an affect. May try melatonin again although never felt much impact for me personally. What brand do you use?

Yeh the socks and gloves thing is meant to help but in a COLD room. I cant sleep in heat either. I did take Vitamin D for a while but need to perhaps again.

Do YOU sleep in a sensory deprivation chamber? lol I duno, I will still be scared of drowning and the straps breaking or something. I really like soft beds but have always been told they are bad for your back. My best sleeps are always in really soft beds... what about the new memory foam ones?

Highly conforming memory foam is kind of difficult to move on, and probably difficult to have sex on.
NOW we are cooking with diesel lol jk.

My sleep has been better recently but I have felt completely drained. It is most probably because I have the heaviest personal shit going on in my life right now but it's confusing.

Went through a spell of undersleeping recently and felt better. Now I am over sleeping again I just feel exhausted. Again not going into it but I imagine the personal shit has something to do with it. Having another microdose of MM tomoz then may well trip next week and see what happens. Microdosing hasn't been the benefit I was hoping
