If I don't recover from DP/DR soon, I wil have had it for 4 years in December. Along this long road I have realized that the times that I was closest to being recovered, it was because I was feeling no little to no anxiety. I was wondering if you guys could share some anxiety and bad thought and habits relief techniques, because I feel as though that will be my way out alog with a lot of other sufferers. Taking DMAE in the morning and L theanine before meditation and breathing excercises at bedtime are ways that seem to help me.Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
