So i feel liike im almost healed, it seems very near but also kinda far. Sometimes its like im out and then back in.
And even tho im feeling way better I feel weird/akward or that something is miiissing? What can i do or is this normal?

I’m the same. Its like I’m constantly on the border of dpdr, stepping in-between being normal and depersonalized. Most of the time I’m clearly affected, but when I manage to occupy my mind with something else for a few hours, i can get a short window afterwards where i feel almost normal again. Then as soon as I start ruminating and get obsessive thoughts, i sink back into it.

Take it as a good sign. We are probably just about to be healed, we just need to build more self-confidence and lower our overall anxiety a bit more. I think I’m gonna start exercising again and get in touch with some old friends! I suggest you try doing more things too. Things that make you happy and things you always wanted to do but never got around to it.
