It’s easy to just lay in bed lock up In a room and sleep but I promise you that is not the way out of dp/dr. You have to get up and plan stuff out for the day and stay occupied on top of getting at least 8 hrs of sleep along with working out. Mostly cardio exercises and eating right with plenty of water. You will stay on a deep depression full of anxiety unless you change your habits. It will slowly improve if you make those simple changes. That’s where you start.
