Has anyone heard of or tried age regression? I've heard that it could be a cure for depersonalization and derealization. Basically, a hypnotherapist uses suggestions to bring you back to a time before you had depersonalization and derealization to get rid of it, and I've heard from this one comment on an article that I now can't find that it worked for them.
