So i thought I recovered with remeron but it only made me less dp. I didnt feel spaced out and trapped in a camera anymore. But after a week or so, i still felt off. i examined my body and it still didn’t feel like mine. The Remeron makes my anxiety worse and my vision changes constantly and my body changes. Its like im going in dp and out. Like i feel off balanced and numb.. I feel dreamy one second and normal the next second. And for those who are going to say stop thinking about it. I dont think about it. I work, i go to school work out but i still feel off. I started taking b12 and i can start feeling my back and legs, like its mine so im going to keep taking it. I want to add b1, if anyone tried it? I also take buspirone just makes me dizzy.. i just started magnesium

Vitamins ain't gonna bring you out of DP, lets get that one straight. Please save yourself that rabbit hole.

It took me 3 months to have a break through on Remeron, a weeks a little early to be considering recovery.. if it has had any impact in a week you are onto something good i'd say

I wouldn’t say a week isn’t possible. Ive seen many ppl say they recovered after a week or even with vitamins, so instead of trying to knock someone down. Everyone is different. I never taken vitamins pills supplements until i got this. I personally react pretty quick to anything i take, either helps or doesn’t...

Vitamins are working for me, especially magnesium. I'll notice it when i forget to take it at night. I also use 5-HTP at night to sleep a bit faster, works like a charm as well.

Thanks for your reply ;) which brand do you use? I never tried 5-htp. I take remeron for sleep but i dont want to be on it anymore. So maybe i can try that once im off

Puritan's Pride! it doesn't alleviate my mood but it helps a lot with feeling sleepy when i'm going to bed. Just make sure you take it on an empty stomach 30 minutes before you are going to bed.
