So I have derealization about 1.5 years and anxiety disorder and was have major depression actually.So my question is can somebody get nonstop derealization from anxiety ? Im asking this because according to my researchs on internet people who have anxiety disorder is only get derealization when they have anxiety.As I said my derealization is chronic so is this mean I got derealization from a trauma ?

anxiety and panic are two different things. anxiety can be very subtle that you actually think your dont have but in reality your nervous system is still overdriven.
