Hi guys so I slept a little better last night than the other days. Today I went to school, I didn't have a great time but in the afternoon I went out with my friends and I spent a good time without thinking about DPDR and I felt a little bit better. I hope everything passes quickly.

symptoms in this moment:

Detachment from everything around me (friends, parents and loved ones)
• I look to a point for a long time without noticing
existential thoughts
fear of reality
A lil bit of anxiety
• Insomnia

supplements I am taking:
natural drops with Bach flowers for insomnia and anxiety
