So distracting myself used to be extremely hard, but I have found something that works,- Get a notebook, diary, whatever... Just something to write on... For today write 3-5 things that your going to do... For Example: Mine is; shower, clean my bedroom, finish my math hw, and be asleep by 12. Then write How I Did- Which I will write tonight. This is the first time I am trying this but I feel so confident that I am going to go to the park, for a walk- regardless of how I feel right now. Hope this can help at least one person! Wishing every single one of you the absolute best!

i did the same thing some months back..my brother who also has anxiety and PA advised me to do so and i did...somehow with him around the house i feel better...maybe i got responsibility issues... :/
