Another decent day. I wrote an online quiz which got my anxiety up. When it spikes it plays with my reading and thoughts. I need to literally monitor my thoughts 24/7 and ensure none of the stupid patterns interfere with my normal thoughts. I also had an MRI done today and I wasn't remotely anxious when I was in the machine. The biggest thing for me is really recalibrating my thoughts. When my thoughts are more chill, my anxiety will be less and the DP will get less and less and less and then... goodbye. :]
