2D/Cardboard cutout symptom

Been having this feeling lately - I wouldnt say that people look 2d or like cardboard cutouts as such, but its as if my vision focuses more on people/objects, and the surroundings seem to set back more. this makes people seem as if they are like a virtual reality computer game. the edges of their body become more defined etc

anyone know what im trying to say?

Yeah, It usually feels like i'm trippin' or something. It's always bad when I first get in a car, or looking down long roads. Long roads with cars coming closer trip me out.
