dont jack off, thats all i can say, on the real yo, its been tough for me.. BUT i have gone like 3-4 days not doing that and my god i feel good, then like some shit comes over me and i fuck up

anyways i got a doctors appointment october 5th, and from here til then im no fapping

see if i wanna take these meds or maybe just keep toughing it out

cus when i jack off, i have tough days like today, foggier vision, more anxiety, cant think clearer, so yuh it aint no myth

and if yall have a girl, i read some where, like actual sex is actually good for the brain, its not like jacking off thats bad, actual sex is almost like a anti depressant and the brain takes it as being social or something

i read that somewhere.. maybe on here

anyways, thats my 1 tip to u guys

and also, if u really depressed, like i was, i ran every day, atleast a mile, and by day 3, that depression ended,

good stuff. If you really want to know what this will do for you, do 90 days, common thing that comes with chemical balance in the brain and is where i've read most people having real turning points for depression. From my understanding, you basically store Dopamine that get's used up on release. As with quitting anything Dopamine, 2 weeks is the roughest.

It does help in many more ways than one, and even though I relapsed countless times, I will persevere and try to never masturbate or watch porn again.
