I was at about 90% recovery took me 2 years but now DPDR and existential thoughts have hit me like a ton of bricks I’m so scared back to square one I don’t know what to do

Sorry you've had a setback. It has happened to me as well, and in fact I am in a pretty bad way right now. How did you recover before?

Before I just tried to accept it I focused on other things like going to the gym, going to work, socialising and trying to fill my day with things to keep me from constantly moping around thinking about how I felt. The condition makes itself worse as it is anxiety based, the cycle goes from feeling symptoms of dpdr to then being anxious about them then more dpdr because Youre anxious over the symptoms it’s just a constant loop and you have to break the cycle by not getting anxious over the symptoms anymore and just accepting them letting them be there with no concern stop researching and just live life normal

You'll never have the answers, but you can always develop beliefs. I'd rather live without the answers, knowing no one else has them either.
