Recently I've been diagnosed with DPDR, although I suspected it from the day of its onset.
The belief and willpower of recovery will eventually take me over the hurdle, until then I'll not try to research or comprehend something that is as complex as this. Our senses are perceptual, therefore, an individual's experience may be different to another's. Thus we shouldn't negatively compare ours as being worse to anyone else's.
Despite ones nativity or ignorant belief of sustaining to higher intellectual capabilities, the answer to recovery is an innate sense of discovery and rehabilitation of one's subconscious and unconscious mind, that is yet to be unearthed. Once you unravel this, the paradigm of the complexity of this condition will have resolved itself, without your conscious awareness acknowledging the scientific, neuro-chemical healing mechanism that has been attained to reach a euphoric state- equilibrium.
