remembering stuff you youst to do when youll younger will help reconect to your self,these might be some reminders to you and do new things aswell:))))


watch movies you havnt seen in years


listen to music you havent heard in years


go to a place you havent been in years


do stuff you havnt did since you were a kid


call a mate you havent spoke to in years maybe a family member


going riding on a push bike


eat foods you havent eat in years


smell flowers


meet new people


do new stuff go and see a icon of ya country


get a tatoo


get a rutine wake up 7 go to bed at 10


you no what i mean reconnect with stuff you youst to do  ive done most of the stuff i youst to do when i was younger and i feel much better now,, remember to explore your mind, lazy mind is devilsss work shop peace out fellow DPers. and think out side the boxxxxxx
