The book was really interesting. The whole message of the book is accepting the disorder and getting out of the comfort zone. I guess if you want to cure DP by using the book, you have to do a lot of stuff out of your comfort zone. Its hard to explain. I understood the whole book but I guess I am not able to get out and do the advice it gave me. Hope it helps you.
