I notice that when i'm in public places that are crowded like malls I feel more dissociated and disconnected and feel like people are watching me. It makes me detach from the environment and reality, and i feel out of body in these instances.

I love Jedi Mind Tricks, and recently discovered Vinnie Paz had DP, that's probably why I liked his music so much. He posted on twitter that he had this. It's a great song, and more people need to here it to get it more known to the public. This hit hard, made me feel emotional, which is good to release that sometimes when it feels like you can't cry or you hold things inside, listening to this helped me let go a bit.

thank you, yeah i've done it before, had it in the back of my mind, and not thought about it, and i was fine for a while, i think i can beat it again, or at least feel better.

I just don't understand why i can't connect to my body, and the world and reality, it feels like it's been forever.

I'm also constantly detached from and out of body, it's something i have gotten used to for the most part, but i still don't like it, makes me feel not in control. I've tried everything to connect from yoga, meditating, working out, deep breathing, and nothing makes me feel connected to my body.
