I feel the same way. I have pretty bad OCD. For example If I pet/kiss my cat and then for some reason my derealization gets worse I will think thats the reason why. I know it isn’t but I feel like it is. I also have this thing where if I do something in an even number it wont make it worse but if itts odd it will. I feel your pain. SSRI’s may help and even antipsychotics.

As someone with OCD I really really need you to stop searching these things. You have OCD and you now have a chance of obsessing over this which will make you more scared. If you don’t have any schizophrenia in your family you literally have nothing to worry about. And plus you have derealization, youd think that as traumatic as derealization is it would already spark some schizophrenia.

In Topic: Weed has clarified a few things

That's like saying smoking didn't cause lung cancer, the lung cancer did.

Only thing people need to realise is that weed is disastrous bullshit that paves the way for life-long mental health problems

But weed didn’t cause it. More than about half the people who have it don’t get it from smoking weed. Weed also affects people very differently. Some people actually feel better after smoking some people worse. So in the end it is up to you HOWEVER I still stand on my point that getting over the anxiety of feeling high, just like getting over seeing a movie in theatres or going to a restaurant, it might help you get over derealization.
