ThatKid123, hey dude! 3 years ago from weed for me and lots of drinking. The DP went away quickly but was left with derealization mostly from sunlight. All most of the other symptoms went away went I stopped focusing on them but it’s hard as shit to not notice sunlight. Even being in my house bright sun coming through the window creates the dream like feeling and the sky outside on a sunny day seems off and full of floaters. Even bright sunsets at night get to me... seems dreamy. How do you ignore something that’s been grabbing your attention for 3 years? How did your sensitivity to light heal? I can’t seem to stop noticing it. Maybe for small moments I’ll be distracted but then I’ll see it’s still there... any tips?
