sorry to hear that your struggling mate, im new to depersonilzation and my partner is also new to me being this way too! not that I'm any expert, but schizophrenics are normally totally unaware they have schizophrenia I wouldn't worry too much, not that its going to make you feel much brighter, hope things ease up for you! go tell your girl you care and give her a hug and try take your mind off things :) hope things look up for you!

i feel like everything is slowed down and also experience the feeling of looking at the world through a invisible wall also I get terrible ghosting vision

this is my first day on propranolol I seem to think it may be making a difference but it could just be a placebo for me at this point but I'm feeling hopeful, ill say for 100% in a couple of days, 


Lyrica (pregabalin) made me feel terrible 

Diazapam made me feel happy but didn't do anything for dp

topiramate (for headaches) didn't do nothing 


but I'm totally new to depersonalization I'm probably the last person to listen too LOL! but that's been my experience so far haha

excuse my french but its a total mind f***,  the only pattern i can seem to see amoungst the depersonalization group is everyone seems quite high functioning, I wish you the best mate hope you find some relief!

haha thankyou ASM :) , im confused myself, ive been ill for about 6 month solid, a neurologist said its fnd aka frankly no diagnosis, the only thing different going on was stress I was under quite heavy stress but this is not particularly unusual for me, can stress cause this?
