Hey!

It's not a matter of whether you deserve this or not.. it's something you apparently have to go through temporarily to learn and to improve yourself. Imagine if you get out of this finallly, then if you get out of it one day then imagine how much better en more understanding and improved you would be! To get there is a hard lesson, may take a while or longer maybe -who knows-  but once you are finally there you are probably gratefull. But for now it is terrible, I agree. But I also like to think about the furure, then we learn a whole lot more the the average person once we step out of tis.

I can't help you get out of it.... I'm still stuck myself you know. But I think about the future and what good will come out of it also.

How sorry I felt I could not go through with this. It can be such a healing experience to pray for people... even if it is for someone else. Sorry and I think this topic needs closing because I'm not ready to start a topic an take responsibility.

Maybe another time hopefully.

Like ponderer said, it's the daytime that confronts us the hardest. I myself felt more comfortable when going to bed, because it;s like a long pause between the horrible dp feelings during daytime. And I do take sleep medication to help me sleep (diazepam). So sleep is something wonderfull for me, it;s the one time for me when I can feel everything relax, I actually had this feeling since childhood, even when I did not use sleep medication. But I myself need to confront my dailyt emotions. In a way it's thesame what ponderer already said: to confront your emotions while awake. Do that and your dp may slowely dissapear. I promise because I myself experienced that.
