Hey everyone, I've been feeling quite strange lately. My existential thoughts have intensified quite a bit, and I feel very detached from reality. I feel like there's a barrier that separates me from reality, like an invisible wall. Seeing people is kind of scary, they literally seem robotic. My vision is fine now, everything used to be blurry and confused when I had derealization in summer. Is this still derealization? Am I becoming psychotic or something?

Doesn't sound like psychosis as your reality testing is still there. It sounds like classic dp/dr. It's common for symptoms to come and go and sometimes intensify depending on what's happening in your life.

This sounds like the Wikipedia entry for depersonalization, or derealizarion rather. I see nothing here that would suggest psychosis.
