Basically when i have made it to the night before i fall asleep, after a long day of fighting with my brain to keep from losing my sanity; i somehow calm down enough to be able to keep reminding myself that this is just DP/DR im feeling and these thoughts arent reality. Then when i wake up as soon as i wake up, for the first hour or 2 i literally forget the complete meaning of being alive and existence and my mind is in extreme freakout mode trying to recollect myself on what the fuck is going on around me. Its the most debilitating and hellish/scary thing ever. Only thing i could compare it to is it feel like im being born again into a new world ive never been apart of. If you dont experience it now, has anyone ever experienced it or can relate to what im talking about ? & did you ever eventually get over that aspect of DP/DR or did it atleast get better?

Are you talking about disorientation? If so, I've seen that referred to as confused awakening, confusional arousal, or "sleep drunkenness."

Kind of. I feel like ive had awakened confusion/sleep drunkeness before and thats kinda more like waking up and forgetting where you are for a few seconds. Disorientation sort of better describes it i guess. Its not waking up and forgetting where i am, its waking up and not knowing what i am lol. Its all the questions being pounded to me at once the (what is life. nothing makes sense, wtf am i, etc) that i can stay calmer about during the day but its so intense when i wake up. does that make sense at all ?

Oh, okay. Sometimes I get random metaphysical questions with no answers, but usually midday and not when I wake up.

No, and even if I did have such sensations, I would know that they have nothing to do with what actually is, reality, so I would never find myself in this situation. It's all just part of your brain function.

Hmm, this sounds alot like something i had happen a couple times when i was a few months within dpdr. I sorta describe it like being wiped clean of all memories or who or what i am or what anything is. It only lasted a couple minutes at most luckily. It was super disorienting and scary. I know i got it once after waking up from very little sleep. I think it might be a more intense version of confused awakening, as Where suggested.
I only had it a couple times the first year of my dpdr and i havent had it since. Not sure if anything helped it in particular, just recovering from my own dpdr and stress helped most all the weird shit i experianced.

To feel like you've been born again and not recognizing anything around is usually not the most common symptom of DP. Most DP's  KNOW where they are and know their live was normal before . They don't feel reborn, just muted. Your cases sounds more like disorientation. You should get your brain checked.
Some people have whats called partial seizures which can cause disorientation. You don't have to exhibit extreme physical responses like the seizures people are aware of.

Yes basically this. But the worst part about it happening is even though it only lasts 10 minutes or less its like its so fucking intense and scary that i spend the rest of the day trying to recoup from wtf just happened ontop of my already chronic DP/DR.
