I have a therapy appt on June the 10th and I'm getting more and more overwhelmed because of the fact there is so many treatment options for this my counselor is working in conjunction with my psych to find a treatment to best manage this but so far no luck and it's been a few months my counselor thinks I'm not improving as well as she had hoped I am on lamotrigine two times a day sertraline two times a day and hydroxizine pamoate what I need is more treatment options

You're lucky to have a therapist who admits when treatment doesn't seem to be working. There are many approaches: acceptance, distress tolerance, CBT, and many more. They aren't DP cures, but they can help you start on a better life path that might improve your quality of life and alleviate DP symptoms perhaps entirely. In my humble opinion, what you would really benefit from is successful treatment from a therapist regardless of modality. I can tell you I am trained in 20+ modalities or whatever absurd number, but the treatment needs to be effective for that to matter. Maybe what you would benefit from most is a small number of modalities and a therapist that are effective for you personally.
