Hey Cassidy!
Maybe you should focus on working with your anxiety and stress and try as much as you can not to worry and panic about the condition itself!
Once your anxiety level decreases the symptoms will slowly start to fade away

The first couple years of my Dp/Dr I had a doctor who made me try a lot of the antidepressants you listed and a few others and NONE of them helped, every single one made me feel worse even Xanax. I ended up dropping the doctor and the pills and slowly tried other means of help like a better diet, more exercise, less screen time, new hobbies, drinking more water, and cutting out coffee. Am I 100% better? No... But i would say I feel A TON better than I did before, I never get panic attacks or crazy bouts of anxiety anymore I just have the detachment feeling still which is way easier to cope with when your not freaking out all the time. If I had to put a scale to it I would say I've been at a 8/10 for the past year but back when It all started and I was trying different pills I was at like a 2/10.
I'm not saying to drop your doctor as some people on here have had success with certain drugs but I'm just letting you know what worked for me. I hope your're doing ok and just try to take it easy!

I completely agree and recommend what REDSKY wrote. I personally didn't even try any medicines because of the side effects mainly. What helped me gain some control over it were 3 things mainly: A complete change in lifestyle, removal of all kinds of stress and complete acceptance of the condition.
Don't fight it, it will stress you out even more.
