Before couple days i get this weird sensation in my mouth .. and it makes me pressing my teeth together all the time .. i can't describe it but its weird like i cant feel the pressure in my teeth if i pressing my teeth

This is what anxiety does.If you go for the first time to a psychologist ,and you fill out a form about how you felt like the last week ,there is always a question that asks if you grind your teeth.

It has to do with nervousness/anxiety.

Tastlessness...in a odd way.
Like the barrier of air and sensation on your skin....the glass between scenes and your eyes....there's something on your tongue blocking taste, but not completely....this hits me when in rare moments i eat something and i actually feel it there completely, and taste it fully
