Hey Guys, So after having my first Panic attack and getting DP during last oct, it's been almost the same till I recovered and relapsed more than 5 times. But now. (Since July ) the Feeling of being Unreal or anything to do with reality or perception has disappeared and know I'm more or less stuck with GAD and depression. So need some tips, lately i've been feeling worse.
Yesterday was Good. With almost 0.5%-1% anxiety with weird thoughts but today it feels like its around 60%-70%.
My worst months were Oct 2012 (My first attack) to December. Jan was good, but then classes started AND March - May was kinda crappy. Jun/July/Aug and this month Sept were not so bad. Had its UPS and DOWNS.
