I had such a great workout!! It made me feel sooo good and i cant wait to go back tomorrow and the days after that. Thanks to all of those who encouraged me to just go and enjoy a good work out. I hope my positivity continues to stay high. I hope everyone had a great day. :) :) :) :) :)

That's great. I came out of DP/DR two months ago and it feels great.

 

Make sure you go to the Gym as many times as you can a week. 3-4 days best. 

 

Gym was a crucial part of my recovery. Also Omega-3 and Vitamins. You should also try that too.

Wow I find it amazing how somebody with DP can feel so happy.  Wish I could feel happy with DP??!!

I wouldn't exactly say I'm happy, but unlike many I've never had co-morbid depression - quite likely due to regular physical exercise.  Occasional anxiety, yes - but never depression.
