Has anyone found that staying for a couple of days without showering decreases DPD symptoms?
Staying dry seems to make me much more sober/focused/present.
I think it could be related to the electromagnetism of the nervous system. Being wet may create some kind of disturbance in the EM field, like a shortcircuit.
I had a Electroencephalogram made on me (it measures electromagnetic waves coming from brain), and they found that it was very anomalous, kind of like it would short-circuit, they even diagnosed a form of epilepsy.
any thoughts?

keeping head/hands dry = less DPD

yes of course it is intuitive and natural, and it provides for short term relief/ feeling of freshness, etc. But im talking about longer term effects of water on the nervous system's electromagnetic field.

I feel like water/showers make me focused/sober. A lot of times they help with the DP too.
