What's the one thing that helps everyone, day to day, to deal with the immediate distresses of DP?
Staying as busy as I can, resting when I need to, and not stopping to focus on how dissociated I feel. It isn't easy, but I try and stop my mind from focusing on how scary it is.

- Keeping on with the things I like even when I am certain I am not going to enjoy them.
- Trying not to focus on it, and when I can't help but focus on it I
