I know this post was a while ago, but if you still don't have an answer, caffeine can definitely make things worse if you suffer from anxiety, which by the looks of your post you do. I have anxiety as well, and I can tell you from experience, if I've had coffee or coke or whatever it makes me more nervous/uncomfortable throughout the rest of my day and sometimes even interrupts my sleep later on. Google whether or not caffeine has an effect on these sort of things, it will tell you that it does. Asking google is a much quicker way to get answers rather than asking on here and having to wait a long time for someone to reply. Anyway, cutting caffeine out will no doubt be beneficial if you do experience anxiety. As for you realizing you're alive in your body, do things you used to do before you felt this way. If you can't think of anything, I would suggest things like watch a movie, go for a walk, chat to some mates, etc. Many people on here and in general do things like this as a distraction from the way you're currently feeling and I am in no way guaranteeing you'll be cured from whatever's happening to you but it will provide some form of relief from your current state if you genuinely try them out.
