2 week update; I feel as occasional rush through my head throughout the day which is a nice sensation... it is the same head buzz I get after a runners high, which is now suspected to be caused by an increase in endocannabinnoids which would make sense

My sleep hasnt improved too much if I am honest, but my appetite is good. I am starting to enjoy my food again rather than see it as a chore. I would say anxiety has been reduced and mood slightly improved. There is not a lot to report yet, but it does feel like there are subtle changes. I am exercising a lot more regularly. Dare I say the derealization was perhaps slightly less today but nothing dramatic.. still early days, will report back in two weeks

I may try CBD oil. I think I have occipital neuralgia and it may help with that.

Try CBD, my advice would be try little and regularly rather than one big dose. Just try it over time to see if it can "wake up" your natural endocannabinnoid system... my theory is that it was overstimulated by skunk marijuana (for some people here) and needs to be stimulated but not with a massive dose, which I believe shuts it down

I think it has roughly been 6 weeks now. I have severe neck pain today, which I like to think is my brain stem waking up.... I've most likely just pulled a muscle though lollll.

There hasnt been a lot to write home about unfortunately. I have been having severe anger coming up for myself recently which is good and bad I suppose, as I normally suppress it. I am doing exercise regularly and sticking to it quite well, about a month now. Running a mile most days and doing weights on the days I dont run.... time will tell if that does anything either. Not particularly optimistic about this, but am about halfway and have noticed no real down side. FYI it is still 3mg THC: 3mg CBD I am taking daily, technically a microdose so no immediate effects felt. Just a tiny 'buzz', minor relaxation, perhaps slightly better anxiety.
