Im Ashley...I guess Ill keep it short, otherwise i could go on and on. I started experiencing DR/DP in january after getting off of xanax. Its taken over my life. I see a psychiatrist- who has perscribed me 14 meds in the last few months-none of which have helped. I see a psychologist she doesnt seem to know what Im talking about half the time nor does anyone else. Hence why I have come here. Maybe for some understanding, or to make some sense of whats happening to me. Please feel free to contact me, I would love to talk with someone who knows what the hell Im talking about for once.
