Ive had my ears blocked/ constant popping for the last year.
Not sure if this is anything to do with dp.
The other thing that I get is when I sit down to eat food my brain fog goes through the roof and I'm very disoriented and dizzy.
I was having to stand up to eat a lot of the time.
Anyone get this?
Does anyone have these symptoms?

I've had my ears blocked for as long as I can remember (and tinnitus) which I believe was stemmed from when I was punched in the ear in 5th grade. Anyway i noticed the blockage is a lot worse with DP. And I cant believe you mentioned the part about eating and having the fog go through the roof. That happens to me ALL the time and its sometimes so difficult to eat things without a fork because Im shaky.
