Alot of vitamins, like a vitamin pill, not sure if you consider that natural.

I take a tablespoon of unsulphered blackstrap molasses in my yogurt in the morning. Improved my energy.

I second this. I take a multi vitamin and mineral pill every day. And I can noticeably tell a difference in my mood, energy and etc. Even they recommend taking 3 of the pills a day, and I only take 1/3rd of just 1 pill. They say take a lot so you buy more, lol. Less is more. Also drinking a lot of clean water has helped me out of depression and overall improves my sense of Well Being.

I heard some good stuff about a natural remedy called Ginchia from Forever. Information on it is quite promising, it contains tons of Omega 3, B vitamins and other nutrients.

Check it out if you have time, I will probably order one bottle.

And exercise as well; this is a tough one when all ready feeling lethargic it's nearly impossible to get the motivation to go for a run. When feeling this way I do say 10 jumping jacks as I can do them on the spot without having to change my clothes, put on running shoes etc... and it takes motivation to do those steps. So I do the jumping jacks in what ever I am wearing at the moment not giving myself the chance to talk me out of it.

It's probably not as good as going for a nice walk or run but it does get my heart pumping and I do feel a boost in energy afterwords.

Remove what is draining your energy. Toxins, toxic people, sugar and caffeine roller coasters, high frutcose corn syrup. Get your PH level to a neutral, alkaline state. How you think effects your energy as well. Nervous, anxious, negative thoughts cause an increase in cortisol and adrenaline. This wears your adrenal glands down. Chronic fatigue sets in. Vitamins and supplements are great as well, but you'll feel more of an effect from them if you remove the bad. best of luck
