thank for your thank you's lol!!

I wish all would choose to NOT go down the man made chemicals (meds) path.

We live in a society that requires us to give so much of ourselves every day instead of focus first on our health, mind, body, spirit...

but i know if I could find a way out without meds.. anyone here can. It just takes patience, faith and a lot of WILL power..

"I wish all would choose to NOT go down the man made chemicals"

I think the better way to put it is to wish that our society and doctors had more information on homeopathic methods so we would not depend on the man made chemicals. I find myself on man made chemicals due to the fact that I cannot find a doctor well-versed enough to aid treatment through only homeopathic herbs.

Holy Basil is another great one for managing the HPA axis (stress/cortisol response) and I love all the adaptogens that ginseng, rhodiola, licorice, shizandra, etc!
