Mine has been sauteed in butter with garlic and shrimp and served with a delicate cilantro and wine sauce. I recommend it with a chardonnay. Tastes rich, with the consistency of egg.
Oh, and my orbitofrontal cortex looks like a 4 year old drew it. Some people think I am an irresponsible amoral deviant, while others consider me a prude moralist. I blame it all on my orbitofrontal.
