Hi Rob,

My pschologist also recommends this book and believes its a cure all. Granted, I have some problems with my thinking that can lead to panic attacks, but the depression and the pain that I have felt over the years cannot be cured by me changing my thinking(my opinion) I have been depersonalized for 20 years and he does say that it will be hard to treat, so I am taking the med way probably for a long time. Now, the problem I face, is that my psychologist tells me that he knows of NO psychiatarist who would recommend a long trial of any Benzo. I told him right then and there I would never go back to the pain and that I felt before Klonopin, never. He seems to be in disagreement with my psychiatrist. Have any of you had this happen???? Its always somthing.
