Ramon,
I'd almost be willing to try it, but Celexa/Klono has me feeling a bit better so I'm gonna give it a fair shot.
Of course Serzone is bad, it has a nasty metabolite mCPP, known for causing DP and an effective 5HT2b/c agonist. Ketanserin is only a 5HTa antagonist. I think we need something that will antagonize 5HT2 receptors across the board with no agonist properties. Ritanserin seems to be no longer available, but other potent antagonists are available, possibly cinanserin. www.tocris.com has these available for sale as well as a bunch of other candy. Cannabinoids, opioids, GABA, you name it. Thanks to Cavan for showing me that site. Antagonize them all and shut your brain down completely.
Anyway, I'd like to see someone give ketanserin or another 5ht2 antagonist a shot, so someone please take Ramon up on his offer.
Joe
