Have any forum members tried the supplement SAMe for depression??? It's suppose to work on both seritonin & dopamine with no side effects except maybe nausea for some. I just started taking it 8 days ago, I started at 800mg but just raised to 1000mg/day.So far I can't tell any difference but read it could take 1-5 weeks to notice anything. Anyway I would like to hear from anyone else who has tried SAMe. shawnee1@sonic.net
