Nit-nurse, excellent, i'd completely forgotten about them - not to forget school matrons either who also must be obligatorily afflicted with dinner-lady assets - or to give it it's proper clinical term Hattie Jaques Syndrome.
Important not to confuse it with the unsightly upper arm saggy skin occurance (bat wing deformity) which tends to afflict more the retired stripper/ dancer/ prostitute occupations and old people on Blackpool beach (clinically known as Tina Turner Syndrome)
