This started happening to me quite often when I was on high doses of Prozac (Fluoxetine Hydrochloride), 60 mgs. Since then I've been off all medications and I feel I still have this problem. Lately it has become a game for me to see how quickly I can recall what it was I was thinking about before I remembered to forget it in the first place. ;>
