Hi Guys.....sorry I haven't posted anything here for so long..lot's has been going on in my life. To summarise....
i) Knackered elbow has failed to fuse properly so I had to have another OP.
ii) Massive panic attack (first for months) after a massive drinking binge, which has left me slightly DR'd for the last couple of weeks...Diazepam to the rescue..!!
iii) I've changed jobs and are working in London...hence the new email address !
