What do you guys think?

Do you think that if I'm involved with a lot of different and conflicting activities which are stressful, this may contribute to my feeling of disconnectedness? Or is that just part of everyday life that a "normal" person would be able to deal with just fine?

The thing is, I don't really want to give up any of these activities because in themselves, I feel like they are rewarding, but I'm beginning to think that maybe if I had less going on, I would feel more "together". Could it be that I'm having a hard time staying focused on "me" because there is a lot of conflicting stuff occurring in my life?
